Copper Brazing Process

L & L has continually been a pioneer in the field of fittings manufacturing. The founder, Mr. G.T. Lyons, was the first to perfect and patent the copper brazing process. The process has been used to join steel and establish a leak free joint.

New Technologies

Our engineering staff continues to investigate and create new technologies in the field of hydraulic fittings. L & L uses the latest in CAD/CAM, and FEA software to develop new products. Manufacturing Process

L & L Fittings has the latest in CNC drilling and turning equipment to reduce machine set-up time, and increase product quality. Our experienced machinists take pride in their work and strive for perfect parts every time. L & L uses a modern Thermal Deburring process that completely eliminates dangerous sharp edges and hanging burrs created during the machining process.

Quality Assurance - TS-16949 Certified

Our computer controlled parts washing system removes contaminates and particles from parts before they are coated or shipped. We have a micro particle Clean Lab to meet extreme product Cleanliness Standards.

Our Quality Assurance Department Approved By:

We train each of our employees to use computerized on-line SPC and other proven statistical techniques to assure only the highest quality product is produced. Each machine operator is the quality inspector for that process which allows Real Time Quality Data Acquisition from each manufacturing work cell.

We have in house gage certification, and use a constantly rotating gage calibration schedule to insure proper measurements. These techniques and many continual quality improvements helped L&L rapidly become a TS-16949 Certified Manufacturer.

Just-In-Time

L & L currently supplies products to many Just-In-Time customers, and we can often ship in stock orders the same day. We can also manufacture and ship some products within 24 hours of the posting of the order.

Ships Daily

L & L ships daily via most common carriers, and our shipping containers are labeled with all important information in text and bar code form. Delicate products are packaged in sturdy cartons with protective caps to eliminate damage in transit to your facility. L & L employees take pride in personally packaging and shipping your order to assure that you receive a punctual and error free shipment.
